Physical items may be returned within 7 business days after delivery if there is a quality issue. Items must remain unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all packaging and accessories.
Membership is an annual service benefit and includes 3 complimentary basic leather care/cleaning services per year. If no service has been used, the membership may be canceled and refunded within 7 business days after activation. Once any service has been used, the membership fee is non-refundable.
Complimentary care services include basic cleaning and basic maintenance only. Color repair, leather replacement, hardware replacement, structural repair, mold treatment, severe stains, and damage repair are not included.
